How to accept View Growth Labs' manager access request in Google Ads

Before you start: You've created your Google Ads account and sent us your 10-digit Customer ID (format: 123-456-7890).

What happens next

Once we have your Customer ID, we'll send a link request from our Google Ads Manager Account (MCC), ID: 140-306-2476. Accepting it gives our team access to manage your campaigns.

You don't need to share your password, and you remain the owner of your account.

Option A: Accept from your email Fastest

In the inbox tied to your Google Ads login, look for an email from Google about a pending request to link your account to a manager account.
Click Accept Request.
Confirm on the page that opens. Done.

Option B: Accept inside Google Ads

Sign in at ads.google.com.
Click the Admin icon (gear) in the left menu.
Select Access and security.
Open the Managers tab.
Under Link requests, find View Growth Labs.
Click Accept, then confirm.

Older layout? Click the Tools (wrench) icon in the top bar, then go to Setup → Access and security → Managers.

Troubleshooting

I don't see the request.: Make sure you're signed in with the same Google account that owns the Ads account, and check your spam folder. Then message us and we'll resend it.
I declined it by accident.: Tell us and we'll send a new one.
I can't click Accept.: You need Admin access on the account. Ask whoever set it up to accept, or to upgrade your access.

Need to remove access later?

You can unlink us at any time from Access and security → Managers.
